  • Monday Jan 20th - Members meeting. 1:30 PM at the Vasco Da Gama Hall (Fenner hall), 15 Fenner Ave, Newport RI. The speaker is and from the fire department. The topic will be about emergency preparedness measures, what kind of list to have available in case of emergencies, who to call, when to call, etc.

  • Monday 2nd - Executive Board Meeting. 1:30 PM at the Vasco Da Gama Hall (Fenner hall), 15 Fenner Ave, Newport RI.

  • Tuesday 17th - Members meeting. 1:30 PM at the Vasco Da Gama Hall (Fenner hall), 15 Fenner Ave, Newport RI. The speaker will discuss the upcoming Canyon Country trip.

March

  • Monday 2nd - Executive Board Meeting. 1:30 PM at the Vasco Da Gama Hall (Fenner hall), 15 Fenner Ave, Newport RI.

  • Monday 16th - Members meeting. 1:30 PM at the Vasco Da Gama Hall (Fenner hall), 15 Fenner Ave, Newport RI. The speaker is from Oasis senior advisors; who's presentation will cover the free services they offer to assist you as you start needing extra help including: an initial consultation to determine your desires; a review of your personalized list of housing options; an escorted tour of your preferred communities; help moving into your selected community

  • Thursday 19th - Azores pre-trip documents handed out. 11:00 at the Bay Ridge club house, Bay Ridge dr., Middletown, RI. Next to the Forest Ave school. The representative will also stay to answer questions about the Canyon Country trip.

April

  • Monday 20th - Members meeting. 1:30 PM at the Vasco Da Gama Hall (Fenner hall), 15 Fenner Ave, Newport RI.

All meetings are held at the Vasco Da Gama Hall (Fenner hall), 15 Fenner Ave, Newport RI.
Executive committee meetings are generally at 1:30 on the first Monday of the month, Sep - Nov and Feb - May. But watch here as they may change due to holidays.
General meetings are 1:30 on the third Monday of the month. We start the meeting with a speaker, followed by the business meeting. Light refreshments are offered at the end of each meeting. Signups for trips and meals are also taken before or after the meetings.
